Our core faculty is made up of 3 highly accomplished coaches. Each person was selected because of their core areas of expertise and their ability to train players quickly and easily… which means you’ll get elite coaching… which will give you elite skills… which translates into goals, assists, and coaches/scouts attention!

Here’s a quick highlight of each coach:

Eric Morrissette - Coach and Master Trainer

Eric working with Pisani of the Oilers and Clarke MacArthur of the Buffalo Sabres…

• As a player Eric won the Collegiate National Championship and numerous player awards,
• Former Scout for the CHL (Canadian Hockey League) the world’s #1 Junior age hockey league,
• Has been the trusted trainer for more than 25 Pro players including Fernando Pisani, Kyle Brodziak, Kyle Chipchurra, Tyler Spurgeon and on and on…
• Has started and ran 3 of the most successful hockey academies in Canada, developing players into high-level athletes,
• Eric has one of the highest levels of hockey coaching certifications in Canada, and has routinely taken trips into the Czech Republic and Sweden to train and work with elite European coaches,
• Has been the Head Coach for ‘Team Brick- Alberta’ 2006-09 which has won the toughest U-10 tournament in North America with elite teams coming from the US and Canada for 2 of the past 3 years,
• He also recently built an elite training center in Edmonton with his long-time client Fernando Pisani of the Edmonton Oilers… the first of its kind in Western Canada.
• Eric was also approached by the Edmonton Oilers to train and prepare their prospects/rookies for the ‘08-’09 season… which means you’re getting insider info on what it takes to succeed!

Ray Podloski - Master Goal Scoring Coach

• Ray was one of the most prolific goal scorers in WHL history.  In 206 games played he amassed over 375 points!  Which is almost 2 points per game!
• Former teammate of Brett Hull one of the greatest scorers in NHL history…
• Memorial Cup Champion with the Portland Winter Hawks in 1982-83,
• 2nd round draft pick (40th overall) of the Boston Bruins,
• In his 10 years as a pro playing in the NHL and Europe Ray scored 828 points in 613 games which is 1.35 points per game… Ray knows how to score and most importantly how to teach it!
• Ray is currently one of the lead instructors at 2 Hockey Academies in Edmonton, Alberta.

Todd Herman - Peak Performance Coach and Mental Toughness Expert

• Todd played college football and spent the past 15 years studying the science of peak performance - instead of finding a “Psychologist” who never played a sport - we found a highly accomplished mental coach with practical sport experience.
• He worked and trained with Tony Robbins - The world’s most successful and respected motivational and human psychology expert,
• Todd has worked with players ranging from 9 year old hockey players, to Olympic and Professional athletes… (he’ll tell you he prefers the amateurs! )
• His leadership and psychology of winning seminars have taken him all around the globe: from Houston to Denmark, South Africa all the way to Australia and numerous other stops along the way…
• In 2007 he was presented with the ‘Rangha Sinta’ award for ‘Exemplary Leadership’ in Jakarta Indonesia,
